Whisk up the custard

Pour custard over cubed bread and let sit for 45 minutes

Fold in chopped pecans

Pour soaked bread into a baking dish and bake for 50 minutes

Make the bourbon sauce

Pour the bourbon sauce over bread pudding and serve!
