New England Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl

What You Need:

-Clams -Celery -Potatoes -Onion -Chicken stock -Clam juice -Heavy cream -Oil -Salt & Pepper -Sourdough bread bowls

Sauté the onion and celery

Add the other ingredients for the base

Stir in a roux and allow to thicken

Hollow out your bread bowl

Serve and enjoy!
