-Corned beef brisket -Salt pork -Garlic -White vinegar -Paprika -Olive oil -Onion -Bouillon cube -Tomato paste -Hominy -Rock beans -Cranberry beans -White lima beans -Yucca -Collard greens -Linguica

Season corned beef and salt pork overnight

Saute the aromatics

Brown the meat and add it to the pot

Add hominy and water and simmer 1 hour

Add the rest of the beans and simmer 1 more hour

Shred the corned beef and return to the pot

Finish with greens and linguica, then simmer and let rest

Serve and enjoy!
