Caldo Verde

What You Need:

-Collard greens -Potatoes -Linguica -Onion -Garlic -Olive oil -Bouillon cubes -Bay leaf

Prep the greens

Sauté onions and garlic

Boil potatoes, them puree them

Add everything to a large pot, simmer, then serve
